Chief Recruiting Process Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to shape the future of recruiting operations. As a key member of our team, you will drive improvements in process efficiency, fairness, and candidate experience.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline hiring processes.
- Optimize interview team operations by creating efficient panel compositions and collaborating with engineering teams on interviewer training and calibration programs.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to track hiring progress and optimize recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and develop strategies to enhance consistency and efficiency.
- Interview Team Operations: Design and implement optimized panel compositions and collaborate with engineering teams to develop interviewer training and calibration programs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Deliver actionable reports to track hiring progress and inform optimization efforts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, program management, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong analytical and process optimization skills with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting tools, and workflow automation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
