Job Description:

The role of an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is to assist in the smooth, efficient running of a restaurant. This includes managing restaurant bookings, verifying all resident guests and confirming non-resident guests. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work flexibly and innovatively within their remit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Food & Beverage Manager to manage the roster and schedule for the team based on activities and business levels.
  • Coordinate the daily work and activities of staff, allocating stations and duties as appropriate.
  • Liaise with the chief sommelier regarding stock levels and the upkeep and stocking of the Eurocaves.
  • Promote a sense of team spirit and a positive working atmosphere within the restaurant and with all other departments.
