Investor Servicing Professional

This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of hedge, private equity and retail alts funds, from launch to liquidation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of alternative investment vehicles and products for unregistered investments.

  • Responsibilities include managing day-to-day servicing of alternative investment investors and third parties, as well as maintaining relationships with investment managers, fund administrators, and other fund vendors.
  • Additionally, the candidate will participate in and navigate fund launches, ensuring all regulatory and operational requirements are met.
  • Other responsibilities include supporting the launch and conversion of alternative investment vehicles, managing multi-share class structures and investor onboarding processes.
  • The candidate must also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML, KYC, FATCA, and CRS.
  • Key deliverables include generating investor reports and managing subscription/redemption processes, as well as driving high-quality work products within deadlines and budgets.
