We are seeking an experienced refrigeration specialist to provide service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Provide top-tier service and maintenance on complex refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, administration staff, management, and other team members to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.
- Prioritize workload to optimize efficiency within established systems and procedures.
- Participate in a standby rota for out-of-hours service calls and emergency callouts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Support other Service regions, company departments, and divisions as required.
- Working knowledge of industrial, commercial, and air conditioning systems utilizing all types of refrigerants.
- At least 3 years experience in refrigeration repairs and maintenance and air conditioning repairs and maintenance.
- Relevant refrigeration/air conditioning qualifications.
- F-Gas certification.
- Highly disciplined with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Flexible, able to cope with varied demands and work with individuals at all levels.
- High-level interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with people at all levels.
- Confidential and discrete in all circumstances.
- Clean, current full driving license essential.
