Role Overview

This role involves owning relationships with customers and guiding them through successful Stripe implementations. Working closely with our Accelerate Onboarding Specialists team, you'll proactively engage users and shepherd them through the integration process.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engaging and guiding users through the Stripe implementation process.
  • Closely partnering with our sales team (Account Executives) to ensure a smooth handoff, including deal scoping and making sure users have the right level of implementation offering attached.
  • Unblocking and enabling users by facilitating internal Stripe processes and managing Stripe-owned tasks on their behalf.
