FIG Credit Solutions Analyst Role

This position is part of our entrepreneurial and inspiring environment where you will be responsible for the origination and execution of M&A, Credit and Structured Finance transactions in FIG.

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and data analytics to support transaction processes.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of data and marketing materials to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
  • Deliver clear and compelling client presentations that meet business objectives.
  • Support senior staff in client engagement management and transaction management, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Act as a mentor and role model to junior analysts and interns, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of buyers, sellers, services, risk, and competitors in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Originate and execute M&A, Credit, and Structured Finance transactions in FIG.
  2. Oversee financial analysis and data analytics to drive business decisions.
  3. Prepare and deliver high-quality data and marketing materials.
  4. Collaborate with senior staff to ensure seamless client engagement management.
