Senior FIG Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated FIG credit solutions analyst to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our financial institution group, you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions, credit, and structured finance transactions.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and assist in the origination and execution of M&A, credit, and structured finance transactions
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and data analytics
- Oversee and support the preparation of data and marketing materials to support transaction processes
- Prepare and deliver client presentations in a clear and compelling manner
- Support and coordinate due diligence processes
- Act as a mentor and role model to junior analysts and interns
- 1-4 years experience within an investment bank, boutique or accountancy firm
- Preferring candidates with FIG experience (banking / lending / speciality finance)
- Excellent financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements
- Excellent financial modelling ability
- Experience in reviewing analyst work models, valuations, and training, mentoring and pitch presentations;
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
