Warehouse Operative Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and industrious Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Carrick on Shannon site.

This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and palletizing of products while maintaining quality standards.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from vehicles and cold storage units with precision and conducting regular quality checks, reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is essential, adhering to health, safety, hygiene, and PPE procedures at all times.

Previous experience in a warehouse, food production, or cold room environment is preferred but not essential. The ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods and possessing a Manual Handling Pass are highly desirable skills.

  • Picking and packing products efficiently and accurately.
  • Loading and unloading goods safely and securely.
  • Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with regards to working hours and shifts.
