Job Title: Project Management Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget and schedule.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction project from start to finish.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project, including possessions, planned closures, and weekly planning meetings.
  • Manage a team of engineers and construction workers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience of Project Management in the construction and/or rail industry.
  • Expertise with construction, including earthworks, drainage, troughing, concrete works, railway, and possession planning.
  • Knowledge with the latest construction technologies and software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including client-facing communication.
  • A valid Irish Full Driver's License.
  • Right to work in Ireland with fluent English speaking and writing.
