Greenhouse Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse Operations Manager to lead our horticulture team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to join our organization and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing greenhouse operations, including crop scheduling, propagation, irrigation, pest management, and fertilization. They will be responsible for overseeing the production and care of plants, flowers, shrubs, and lawn care.

  • Manage crop scheduling to optimize planting and harvesting times.
  • Develop and implement strategies for propagation, irrigation, and pest management.
  • Monitor and control plant growth regulation through fertilizer mixing and testing.
  • Direct labor in crop management functions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and shrubs.
  • Ability to use a variety of horticulture tools and equipment.
  • Full clean driving license.
