Lead Restaurant Operations: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing daily activities, maintaining high standards, and driving guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Foster a positive team environment and promote a safety culture
- Provide excellent customer service skills and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
