About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering care according to residents' care plans, understanding their needs, and providing companionship.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to follow instructions and procedures, and demonstrate excellent organisational and observation skills. Additionally, they should have a professional, caring, and compassionate nature, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care according to residents' care plans.
  • Understand residents' needs and provide companionship.
  • Assist with mobility and personal hygiene, ensuring dignity.
  • Support residents with eating, drinking, and achieving comfort.
  • Participate in and help organise social activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with families and colleagues.
  • Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:
