We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Head Mixologist to lead our bar operations. As the heartbeat of our Gastrobar, you will craft exceptional drinks, create an atmosphere where both guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed, and inspire your team to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Gastrobar experience and creating memorable moments for every guest
  • Crafting innovative cocktails that tell a story
  • Maintaining impeccable standards for drink quality, presentation, and service
  • Managing stock control, ordering, and ensuring nothing goes to waste

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a quality establishment
  • A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, and creating exceptional drinks
  • Natural leadership skills and outstanding communication skills
  • Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and stock management
