  • A genuine interest in child-care and pet-care is essential to servicing our local community effectively.
  • The ability to engage with people, including those with disabilities, is crucial for success in this position.
  • Ambition, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are must-haves for the ideal candidate.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in management or supervision in a hospitality environment.
  • 6 months experience in catering for special needs individuals.
  • The ability to be a carer or assist customers in wheelchairs when serving.
  • Training staff and maintaining required standards.
  • A qualification in animal care safety.

Our ideal candidate enjoys children, dogs, and caring for people. They should have a Barista qualification, HCCP training, and full-time availability (40 hours weekly).
