We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Insomnia Coffee.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to master your coffee-making skills and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Our coffee is crafted the Irish way, with a bold, unapologetic taste that is smooth and rich.

You will be responsible for working as part of a dynamic team, providing outstanding service to our customers, and contributing to the success of our business. If you have a passion for great coffee, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in high-standard, fast-paced settings, ideally with knowledge of audits and compliance (but training will be provided)
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7-day operation
  • Coffee experience—but it's not essential, as we'll provide full training to help you shine
