Commodity Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Commodity Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving the procurement and management of commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commodity strategies to ensure optimal procurement and supply chain resilience.
  • Manage direct material fields, including pooling and procurement of commodities, and drive supplier advancement.
  • Perform end-to-end supplier risk management to ensure delivery, quality, and cost targets are met.
  • Act as a focal point between sourcing, manufacturing operations, quality, and engineering to lead cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Expertise in commodities sourced for in-vitro diagnostic devices.
  • Proven ability to drive assignments to full implementation in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong communication and team player skills with a drive to implement changes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
