We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to meet their unique needs.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients across various age groups, assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders. They will develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client assessments, conduct therapy sessions that target communication goals, and collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress.
As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for monitoring client progress and adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. You will also educate clients and families on communication strategies and techniques to encourage practice outside of sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Proven experience as a Speech Therapist, with a strong portfolio of client success stories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach.
- Understanding of various speech and language disorders and treatment methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
