Commercial Insurance Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Specialists to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked in client advisory or brokerage roles, or within the commercial underwriting or claims sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver day-to-day broking services to assigned SME clients across all classes of cover.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives to manage accounts and deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide best-in-class service.
  • Prepare comprehensive submissions and conduct thorough risk assessments to present clients' needs effectively and secure optimal insurance solutions.
  • Obtain renewal terms while engaging with clients to gather clear instructions and ensure their needs are met.
  • Drive business growth by selling additional products and services to existing clients, enhancing their coverage and strengthening client relationships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions and comply with corporate procedures, compliance, and professional standards to better serve clients.
