Client Portfolio Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Client Portfolio Specialist to deliver exceptional insurance services to SME clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of all insurance products and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include delivering day-to-day broking insurance services, working collaboratively with client executives to manage client relationships, and preparing comprehensive submissions to secure optimal insurance solutions.

  • Deliver day-to-day broking insurance services to assigned portfolio of SME clients in relation to all classes of cover.
  • Work collaboratively with client executives to manage client relationships and ensure client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive submissions and conduct thorough risk marketing exercises to effectively present clients' needs and secure optimal insurance solutions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum qualification of commercial CIP, strong technical knowledge of all insurance products, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. They will also have the ability to work accurately and efficiently, with good attention to detail and an ambitious nature.
