Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to support our site management team in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards.

About the Role:

This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in operating the business according to our systems manual, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and assuming responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in implementing operational strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage site operations in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • High level of organization and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
