We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production within a technical high-volume environment.



Job Summary



  • Manage a supervisory team to ensure they are engaged and high performing through delegation, skills assessment, training, performance development, feedback, and support.
  • Oversee the maintenance department to ensure a preventative maintenance programme is implemented and resources are maximised.
  • Ensure a safe working environment exists for all workers on site and meet the company's Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Work closely with the Quality/Technical department to achieve quality standards.
  • Take an active role in the company's Continuous Improvement initiatives and other similar projects.
  • Conduct various inspections with quality personnel.


Requirements


The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in an Injection Molding Medical Device manufacturing facility and General manufacturing operations in a similar high-volume production role.
