Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Process sales, handle cash and operate the EPOS system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, including displaying products and maintaining store displays
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop knowledge of fashion trends and products, with the ability to share this knowledge with colleagues and customers

Key Skills and Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
