In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights by developing and implementing effective solutions to day-to-day crewing problems.
Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing solutions to day-to-day crewing problems, assisting the Operations Controller with developing cost-effective solutions to operational disruptions, and monitoring crew deployment. You will also compile reports as required and prepare operational paperwork for crews.
Requirements and Benefits
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of aviation operations and management principles. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively under pressure, and have strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID, possess a full driving license, and have computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Netline would be an advantage). Ryanair offers a competitive salary package, including €40,000 p/a plus an additional performance-based bonus of €6,000 annually. Package increases apply after 1 year.
