Job Title: Clinical Psychologist
Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) is inviting applications for a Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist to join our progressive, multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people with complex needs arising from disability.
Job Description:As a Clinical Psychologist, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality family-centred services. You will carry out psychological assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and support families and professionals in understanding and meeting the needs of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct developmental, cognitive, and emotional assessments of children.
- Collaborate closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to care planning, intervention, and progress reviews that enhance the lives of children and their families.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and service development initiatives to continuously improve our practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical, Educational, or Counselling Psychology, as well as PSI registration (or eligibility for registration). A strong background in working with children and families, ideally in disability or developmental settings, is essential.
