Monitoring Surveyor Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Surveying Specialist to join our team. As a Field Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and delivering survey works on various projects, using a range of specialized equipment and technology.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver survey works on small to medium-sized or moderately complex projects.
- Undertake various types of surveys sessions using total stations, GNSS, and data collectors.
- Support senior surveyors in larger or more complex projects.
- Record surveying information accurately and consistently on site.
- Process data from the field into the office, post-processing with software like AutoCAD.
- Assist with detailed field and office surveying assignments.
- Maintain and upkeep all survey kit.
- Deliver work to company policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in surveying using topographic instruments.
- Relevant qualifications and/or relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and monitoring techniques.
- Experience working in the Irish construction industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and role-related post-processing software.
- Valid Ireland/EU manual driver's license.
