Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Building, Plumbing & Electrical Trade Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth through customer relationship building and market insight. They will also collaborate with senior management on business planning and execution, manage stock levels, reordering, and merchandising across core product lines, and coach and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.

About You:
  • You will have proven sales and/or management experience in the construction or building materials sector.
  • You will possess deep knowledge of the construction industry and experience dealing with trade professionals.
  • You will have excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • You will be commercially astute with strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • You will be confident with IT systems and basic accounting.
