Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Site Manager to lead and coordinate high-performing construction teams.

Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction site operations management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor site staff and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with site management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead the design team to achieve optimal results, balancing program expectations with buildable solutions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards.
Reporting and Communication
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and directors on project progress, including program, H&S, quality, and budget performance.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to translate work requirements into prioritized plans for site crews and sub-contractors.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven competence in construction site operations management principles and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, delegating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including maps, sketches, drawings, specifications, and manuals.

The successful candidate will hold and maintain all relevant certifications and authorizations associated with the job and industry requirements.
