Hotel Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Service Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional service standards.

About the Role:
  • Liaise with departmental leaders to maintain high performance standards across all departments.
  • Supervise staff on duty, deputising for senior officers when needed, and take responsibility for service delivery in all departments.
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks delegated by the Deputy General Manager.
  • Promote guest satisfaction through proactive and reactive measures.
  • Develop strategies to enhance productivity, increase revenue, and profitability.
  • Maintain adherence to Health and Safety procedures and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Manage incidents/accidents, addressing any issues brought to your attention by staff, customers, or the public.
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Foster an environment that encourages employee morale and teamwork.
  • Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing, and Employment.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in Hospitality or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
