Lead Operations Manager for a Four-Star Hotel

The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, flexible and keen to learn with a positive attitude. Ideally you will have experience in F&B and Reception and proficient in this area.

You must have excellent communication and guest service skills along with a warm and welcome personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Duty Manager during their shift, overseeing the entire property including Reception and F&B.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in F&B and Reception, preferably in a four-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
