Recruitment Event Coordinator Role

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Recruitment Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in planning and executing campus recruitment events, including job fairs, networking sessions, and industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans that align with our recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, marketers, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of event logistics.
  • Gather and interpret data from recruitment events to enhance our strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with universities and student organizations to identify and participate in key recruitment events.
  • Build strong relationships with potential candidates and promote our brand through creative and innovative methods.
  • Attend recruitment events across Europe, acting as a company ambassador and forging connections with potential candidates.

  • Good Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people and build strong relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Collaborator: Ability to take initiative on solo projects while thriving in collaborative group settings.
  • Enthusiastic: Passionate about recruitment and event/programme planning with a proactive attitude.
  • Organized: Great attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Excel in dynamic settings where adaptability and quick decision-making are key.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and work outside of regular hours as needed to support events.
