The role of a Compensation Analyst involves designing, reviewing and managing regional compensation programs to ensure alignment with the company's global compensation philosophy and local market needs.

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and supporting annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions and variable pay processes. You will also act as a backup during regional absences, assisting with benefits administration or resolving escalated issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, review and manage regional compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans and incentive schemes.
  • Lead and support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions and variable pay processes.
  • Act as a compensation and benefits expert, driving the adoption of best practices and streamlining processes.
  • Conduct job evaluations, provide salary recommendations and adjust pay structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and our HR Service Delivery team to address compensation-related questions and ensure alignment with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, with a focus on EMEA preferred.
  • Exposure to or experience in benefits is a plus; willingness to learn and take on benefits tasks when required.
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
