About the Role:

Wayflyer is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, analyzing financial and non-financial information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tools that enhance reporting quality and provide valuable insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage delinquent accounts with sensitivity and professionalism, implementing revised payment structures and legal strategies when necessary.
  • Analyze financial and non-financial information to gain insights into the operations of leading eCommerce companies.
  • Quantify and assess risks affecting the Wayflyer portfolio, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer performance within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the analytics and operations teams to develop tools that enhance reporting quality and provide valuable insights.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement new processes and refine existing products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance.
  • Previous background in an insolvency or collections environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SQL experience is advantageous.
  • Articulate, self-starting, detail-oriented, and a go-getter.
