Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Loading, unloading, preparing, and operating a delivery vehicle
  • Distributing customer online/telephone shopping orders to different addresses in a specified region
  • Fostering positive relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met
  • Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, adhering to store policy
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a delivery driver is advantageous
  • A valid full driver's licence is essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
