Cpl Resources invites applications for the role of Deputy Manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programme. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people aged 13-17.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care or a related field, accompanied by three years of post-qualification experience in a similar setting. A valid full driving licence is advantageous.
We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and inclusive environment, where employees can grow professionally and personally.
