We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead our software development endeavors for quantum computing. You will drive the strategy and roadmap for our product, collaborating closely with science, engineering, and design teams to ensure successful implementation of our software development tools and future products.

The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing team covering product and engineering for compiler backend and web IDE, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and execute on product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage expertise to develop and refine our cloud infrastructure and operating system line of products.
  • Analyze complex problems, breaking them down into manageable steps for product development.
  • Guide product development stages from conception to launch, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Uncover customer needs, translating them into actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, users, and partners to identify pain points and opportunities for new product features and enhancements.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, driving action throughout the team to expedite product delivery.
  • Prioritize product features, maintaining momentum in product development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop product marketing strategy.
  • Serve as a key ambassador for company products.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in product management or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in building and shipping technical products.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering product and engineering results of varying complexity and scale.
  • Experience managing technical and design direction.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing or launching software developer tools.
