Project Planning Specialist">

The role of Project Planning Specialist involves coordinating and overseeing the project planning process to ensure timely and effective delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

A key aspect of this position is working closely with project teams to develop, maintain, and monitor programmes. This includes understanding and applying the requirements of NEC contracts related to scheduling and programme updates. Progress reports, forecasts, and dashboards will also be generated for project teams and management.

In addition, the successful candidate will identify scheduling risks and constraints, collaborating with team members to mitigate delays. While rail experience is preferred, it is not essential. However, a strong analytical and communication skillset, combined with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, is required.

      • Strong analytical and communication skills">

      • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement">
      • Full driving license and willingness to travel across project locations">
