**Job Title:** Senior Process Scientist - Technical Solutions Specialist

**Job Description:** As a Senior Process Scientist in Manufacturing Support, you will play a critical role in delivering process solutions to Internal Operations Partners (IOPS) and contributing to best-in-class laboratory and process validation report packages.

**Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT DELIVERY OF PROCESS SOLUTIONS TO IOPS AND CONTRIBUTE TO BEST-IN-CLASS LABORATORY AND PROCESS VALIDATION REPORT PACKAGES
  • ASSIST IN ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS OF PROCESS RELATED DEVIATIONS USING SCIENTIFIC DATA-DRIVEN RATIONALE
  • PARTICIPATE IN CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO UNDERSTAND PROCESS ISSUES IN TECHNICAL AND LABORATORY INVESTIGATIONS
  • CONTRIBUTE TO KNOWLEDGE-BASED REPORTS SUMMARIZING CONCLUSION OF STUDIES, INVESTIGATIONS, AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
  • PRESENT FINDINGS AT GROUP MEETINGS
  • PRODUCE AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SITE PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES

**Requirements:

  • PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Statistics/Mathematics, or a related field
  • MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Statistics/Mathematics, or related field with 4+ years' experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
