Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ESL Paraprofessional to support students and parents in a bilingual capacity.

This role involves working with non-English-speaking students and families, helping school personnel communicate effectively, and providing individualized tutoring as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding school rules and policies, supporting the efficient operation of the school, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of college credit hours or an Associate's degree is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate aptitude and skills for the work, including effective communication and teamwork abilities.
