Role Overview

We are seeking a newly qualified or part-qualified accountant to join our team as a Graduate Cost Accountant.

Main Responsibilities
  • To dive into cost analysis and budget management to drive operational efficiency.
  • To support project-focused financial planning and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • To help design and refine financial processes to stay ahead.
  • To partner with operations to monitor and control manufacturing costs.
  • To prepare management accounts, variance analyses and performance reports to inform strategic choices.
  • To contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • To evaluate financial regulations and internal controls to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Newly or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • An experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential.
