Accounts Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our internal Finance team based in Cork. This is a permanent role that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for processing high-volume timesheets and sales invoices for the UK pharma and healthcare sectors.
  • Weekly processing of timesheets and expense claims for our Pharma division.
  • Managing weekly payment files via EFT payments.
  • Dealing with queries from candidates and clients in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with month-end processes, including prepayments, accruals, and reporting.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous accounts experience within a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with intermediate/advanced skills a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience with high-volume timesheet and invoice processing, including self-billing.
  • Familiarity with online portals and systems desired.
  • Bright, hard-working, and takes pride in their work.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work under strict deadlines.
