Senior Paid Social Strategist

The Paid Social Media Leader is accountable for executing daily strategy implementation through aligned paid social planning, campaign and performance management. They will monitor, optimize and manage all paid social activity against set KPIs, allocated resources, and relevant timelines and SLAs.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic paid social media planning for assigned clients in line with briefed strategy and objectives.
- Well-structured paid social media plan rationales for those clients and briefs requiring it.
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns from start to finish including but not limited to campaign setup, ongoing management, insight and analysis, financial management – ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Foster best practice and innovation in all paid social activities.
- Delegate, accurately brief and oversee the work of junior team members.
- Assist with client interactions as and when required (e.g. briefing sessions, post-campaign analysis, QBRs etc.).
- Nurture strong relationships with other teams within the broader social team, specialist teams, and client teams.
- Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the digital marketing landscape particularly as they relate to paid social media.
- Input to media audit processes from a paid social perspective for respective clients as needed.
- Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports.
