The Role:

This is a rare opportunity for a sales management professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in motor sales management. You'll be responsible for enhancing sales processes, increasing revenues, and driving the sharing of best practices across the sales department.

  • You'll need extensive sales management experience at manufacturer or retail level.
  • An ability to assess dealership sales performance will be key in this role.
  • You'll have full ownership and responsibility to drive and deliver our vision and work closely with our manufacturer partners to exceed their aspirations.
