Project Director

This long-term role offers a unique chance to lead and supervise day-to-day site operations, manage site teams and subcontractors, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards, maintain quality control and site documentation, and coordinate with project management and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct site teams to achieve project goals
- Manage relationships with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work
- Evaluate and implement improvements in processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute project plans
- Proven experience as a civil engineering professional with strong leadership skills
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
