As a Clinical Lead Sonographer, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality ultrasound services in a dynamic acute setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ultrasound Expertise: Perform and oversee high-quality ultrasound scans to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Service Delivery Leadership: Lead service delivery and workflow management to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain QA processes and support continuous improvement to ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and operational protocols.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and support junior staff to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate on service development and innovation to drive excellence in diagnostics and patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Radiography or equivalent.
  • Master of Science in Ultrasound (essential).
  • CORU registered.
  • Minimum 6 years' ultrasound experience.
  • Strong Skills: Strong communication, clinical leadership, and IT skills are essential for success in this role.
