The Clinical Laboratory Sciences organization is a standalone function within the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in managing and overseeing all lab and diagnostic deliverables for our entire clinical portfolio. We are expanding our team into Cork, Ireland, to bring additional capacity and flexibility to deliver on this rapidly expanding portfolio of medicines.

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide complete clinical laboratory support as needed for assigned trials. The ideal candidate will possess expertise and consultation relating to clinical laboratory, ECG, imaging, sample storage, and other diagnostic biomarkers, including assay development and validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and logistical consultation regarding clinical laboratory, ECG, imaging, sample storage, and other diagnostic biomarker issues and services.
  • Escalate issues as warranted to upper management.
  • Drive clinical laboratory data completeness and accuracy within business systems.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a science or related life sciences field and prior laboratory experience or knowledge of laboratory testing is preferred. Strong self-management skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills, communication skills, conceptual understanding of information technology, organizational skills, negotiation skills, detail-oriented, and clinical trial experience are highly valued.
