Lead Analytical Research Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Lead Analytical Research Specialist to support the development of innovative therapies and vaccines. The successful candidate will lead analytical research projects, applying advanced methodologies to ensure the quality and efficacy of our products.

About the Role:
  • Design and execute analytical research studies to validate drug substances and intermediates.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust analytical methods for pharmaceutical development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry or biology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP lab environment or academic/research setting.
  • Proven track record of leading analytical research projects and delivering results under deadlines.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in laboratory software and equipment.
