**Job Title:** Care Worker

We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. These roles will be based in assigned family homes, working with people with dementia, older adults, or individuals with intellectual disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered care to individuals with dementia, addressing their needs and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as people with dementia, older adults, or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • FETAC level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
