Job Title: Construction Site Leader

We are looking for a skilled Construction Site Leader to oversee the management of multiple construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate site teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
  • Select and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain high levels of health and safety on site
  • Monitor and control costs, and ensure maximum cost effectiveness
  • Attend regular site meetings and senior management meetings
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
