As a Principal Reliability Engineer in our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in the development and validation of test methods. You will work closely with Research & Development to ensure that test methods are ready for the Test Method Validation process. Your goal is to validate all TMVs to meet required standards.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place, performing systematic reliability analysis against features, requirements, architecture, interfaces, and designs through appropriate reliability engineering techniques, and understanding risk management concepts used throughout the quality system.

Required skills and qualifications include advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. A minimum Level 8 Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline and minimum 7 years of relevant experience are required. Or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be acceptable.
