Identity and Access Management Opportunity

Job Description

At our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice. The successful candidate will work on high-profile projects, leveraging their expertise to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagement teams and oversee the execution of information security and privacy inherent to client engagements.
  • Analyse complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user management and present outcomes to senior management.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in supporting clients, particularly in the areas of cyber, IAM, privileged access management (PAM), and customer identity and access management (CIAM).
  • Design IAM solutions for clients operating in a regulated environment, with experience of cyber and IAM in the context of GDPR, PSD2, KYC, AML, and open banking an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • A relevant professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM is a strong advantage.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in a technical-based subject such as computer science, information/cyber security, or cyber crime prevention.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience working in the area of cyber security, focusing on identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and customer identity and access management (CIAM), preferably in a consultancy services firm or similar experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and techniques for IAM transformation, IAM remediation, and audit-driven remediation.
  • Excellent understanding of IAM best practices and leading IAM toolsets.
  • Cyber experience in large corporates/multinational environments in strategic roles, with added advantage in financial services, telecoms, or the energy sector.
